October 10th Grown-ups Monuments Ride
A majestic ride down to the Mall to tour the monuments under the stars for grown-ups only, followed by drinks and food at Wunder Garten.
The monuments at night are truly stunning—and what better way to see them by bike with friends? This 8-mile ride is for ages 18+. Lights, water bottles, and helmets required. HFB will supply lighted sashes, reflective vests and lights for those that need them. This is a no-drop ride, meaning no one gets left behind.
After the ride, we’ll quench our thirst and grab some food at Wunder Garten in NoMa.
We’ll have volunteers marshaling to ensure we stay together as a group.

October 10th Grown-ups Monuments RideBy registering this event, you agree that you are granting Hill Family Biking the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos taken of you and/or your children at the event for which you are registering, in which you may be included, for use on Hill Family Biking social media, promotional materials, and website. You also agree to release Hill Family Biking and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs/videos.
You also recognize and agree that Hill Family Biking has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for your or your children’s safety, and you agree to assume the full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury and/or property damage as a result of participating in the ride. By participating in the ride, you agree to hold Hill Family Biking, its board members, and its volunteers harmless and will not seek reimbursement from them for any injury sustained or liability otherwise incurred during a ride.

Rules
- Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult
- We ask that all independent riders have 1-2 years of riding experience.
- Riders will not ride ahead of the lead bike
- Riders must follow instructions given by any ride marshal
